The purpose of the Machine Operator – Set Up role is to ensure the effective tear down, sanitation and set up of the plant equipment for an on time production start.Limited assistance with pre op. May assist with addition pressure rinseSet up: Using Set Up Sheets/Maps and Product flows, ensure proper equipment is prepared and ready to be moved into placeEnsure proper placement on the floorOnce equipment is placed, fill equipment with necessary product to ensure proper operation. Adjust as necessary.Soft Maintenance including belt repairs, adjustments and greasing. Report any mechanical issues as required.Effective start up or Oven, Fryers, Tunnels, Freezer, Pacmac and ScaleStage product that will be used in production runOther projects or assignments as directed by supervisorQUALIFICATIONS:Robust communication both verbally and written formatAbility to work well on own and under time constraintAttention to detail and the ability to understand documentationProven ability to follow safety proceduresAbility to maintain license for forklift license/stackerWill be trained on High Pressure systemAble to do heavy lifting 25 kgExperience with food safety and HACCP principlesGood attendance and performance history. #J-18808-Ljbffr
