Thismulti-yearprogramisdesignedtoaddressimmediatepassengergrowthdemandswhilepreparing Canada'slargestairportforthefutureofairtravel-includingcriticalupgradestoairfieldandinfrastructure,greenhousegasreductioninitiatives,modernizationof Terminals1and3,andthecreationofaworld-classpassengerexperience.JOBSUMMARY The Digital Delivery/CAD/Civil3 DManagerwillleadthedevelopment,implementation,andoversightof BIM/CADand Civil3 Dstandards,workflows,anddigitalcoordinationprocessesacrossassignedprojectscopeswithinthe PACTprogram. Thisrolewillactasakeypointofcontactfor BIM/CADand Civil3 Drelatedactivities,supportingmultidisciplinarycollaboration,modelgovernance,dataenvironmentmanagement,andtheeffectiveuseofdigitaltoolstoimproveprojectdelivery,coordination,andreportingforconstruction.RESPONSIBILITIES Develop,implement,andmaintain BIM/CADand Civil3 Dstandards,workflows,andprotocolsacrossassignedprojectscopes.Actasakeypointofcontactfor BIM/CADand Civil3 Dcoordination,inquiries,andissueresolution.Facilitatecollaborationbetweendesignconsultants,contractors,projectteams,andotherstakeholders.Supporttheintegrationof BIM/CADand Civil3 Dwithprojectdelivery,designcoordination,anddigitaldeliverytools.Establishandmaintainprojectdataenvironments,including Common Data Environments(CDEs).Leadinformationauditsandreviewstoensurecompliancewithprojectstandardsanddigitaldeliveryrequirements.Supporttheextractionandreportingofdataforprojectplanning,coordination,andreporting.Promotetheadoptionof BIM/CADand Civil3 Dbestpracticesandcontinuousimprovementacrosstheteam.Haveaninclinationtoshareknowledgewiththeteaminternallyandexternallytodevelopbest-for-projectsolutions.Thepositionwillbebasedatourofficein Mississauga, Ontario,withvisitstothe Airportsiteasrequired. Yourworkschedulewillbe Mondayto Fridayduringregularofficeorsitehours. Attimes,operationalneedsmayrequireworkoutsidethesehours,withreasonablenoticeprovided. Allscheduleoron-calladjustmentswillcomplywithapplicableemploymentstandardslegislation. Itismandatoryforallemployeestocompletea Criminal Backgroundcheckandsuccessfullyattaina Restricted Access Identity Card(RAIC)uponjoiningthecompany.REQUIREMENTS Bachelor'sdegreein Architecture, Engineering, Constructionand Operations(AECO), Construction Management, Architecture,orarelateddiscipline,oranequivalentcombinationofeducationandrelevantworkexperience.Minimumof12+yearsofexperiencein BIM/CADmanagementorrelateddigitaldeliveryroles,withconstructionexperienceconsideredanasset.Strongexperiencedevelopingandimplementing BIM/CADstandards,workflows,andcoordinationprotocols.Proficiencywith BIM/CADand Civil3 Dproductionsoftware,including Autodesk Civil3 D, Revit, Navisworks,andsimilarplatforms.Experiencemanaging Common Data Environments(CDEs),suchas Autodesk Forma(formerly ACC).Strongunderstandingofmodelaudits,clashdetection,coordinationworkflowsandprocedures,andmodelqualityassurance.Abilitytosupportdataextractionandreportingforprojectcoordination,planning,anddigitaldeliveryobjectives.Strongcommunication,stakeholdermanagement,andleadershipskills.Strongorganizationalskillswiththeabilitytomanagemultipleprioritiesinacomplexprojectenvironment.Experienceinlarge-scaleinfrastructure,aviation,transit,ormajorcapitalprojectenvironmentsisconsideredanasset.Mustbeeligibletoobtainandmaintain Restricted Access Identity Card(RAIC)clearance.PACTisanequalopportunityemployerandiscommittedtoprovidingemploymentaccommodationinaccordancewiththe Ontario Human Rights Codeandthe Accessibilityfor Ontarianswith Disabilities Act.
