Accountable to the Director of Maintenance, the Production Manager manages daily production staff operations and plans the incoming and outgoing aircraft schedule. The Production Manager is the main point of contact for the maintenance staff and supervises the leads, mechanics and groomers. Aircraft maintenance is a challenging and exciting career – rapid, intense, deadline-driven, and very high-tech.
