This role supportsunderserved and at-risk populations within a collaborative, multidisciplinary healthcare setting. You will play a key role in advancingaccessible, culturally responsive care , working alongside an interprofessional team to improve patient outcomes and community health. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensiveassessments, diagnoses, and treatment of foot-related conditions in accordance with professional standards Provide a range of clinical services, including: Surgical foot care Orthotic casting and footwear assessments Wound care management Deliverpreventative care, patient education, and health counseling Maintain accurate and timelyelectronic medical records (EMR) , including charting, audits, and participation in case conferences Contribute toprogram development, implementation, and evaluation initiatives Collaborate withinterdisciplinary teams and coordinate referrals as needed Support clinic operations,



includingordering supplies and equipment Participate instudent mentorship and preceptorship opportunities Qualifications Undergraduate degree from a recognized university Diploma from an accredited Chiropody program Active registration and good standing with theCollege of Chiropodists of Ontario Experience 3–5 years of clinical experience in chiropody (community health, hospital, or private practice) considered an asset New graduates and candidates with less experience are encouraged to apply Experience working withdiabetic patients is an asset Exposure toprogram development and evaluation is an asset Experience with EMR systems (e.G., PS Suite, Nightingale) preferred Core Competencies Strongcommunication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in acollaborative, multidisciplinary environment Excellentorganizational and time management abilities Demonstratedcultural competency and sensitivity to diverse communities Proficiency with medical software and computer systems Additional language skills are considered an asset CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Working Conditions Travel betweenmultiple clinic locations within Scarborough Flexibility to workevenings and weekends as required Participation in team meetings across various sites Make a meaningful impact by delivering compassionate, community-based care to those who need it most. #J-18808-Ljbffr
