We are hiring a Customer Relations Agent--Bilingual!Full-time$43,000 – $53,00012:00 p.M. – 08:00 p.M.Grade: 6.5Office Location: MontrealHighly competitive compensation package which includes base salary, bonus, benefits, and career advancement opportunities!The OpportunityThe Bilingual Customer Relations Agent is responsible for ensuring all client inquiries and requests are dealt with and processed on a timely basis and in accordance with company policy.How you will contributeAnswer incoming calls on the customer service queue and make outbound calls when necessaryHandle between 50 to 65 calls a dayIdentify, solve and/or confirm inquiries and requests received by fax, mail and email or online accountProcess certain changes during client interactionsFollow-up with client to confirm resolution and customer satisfactionProvide assistance to the various residential administration departments when requiredPromote online servicesEnsure client privacy is protected at all timesListen to client inquiries and take the appropriate problem-solving stepsComplete special projects as assigned by the ManagerThe experience you needPost secondary education and/or equivalent work experience preferredMortgage experience an assetCompetency in MS Office; capacity to learn new technologies/systemsStrong verbal and written communication skills, in both English and FrenchFriendly, outgoing personalityExcellent telephone mannerDemonstrated flexibility to adapt to a constantly changing environmentAbility to resolve problems, robust attention to detail, critical thinkingDemonstrated team player, responsible, reliable and adaptableBilingualism (French, English)
