The Town of Oakville is looking for a part-time Camp Playleader to support the Camp Coordinator in delivering high-quality summer programs. As a student-focused role, you'll prepare theme-oriented activities while fostering healthy child development principles. The position requires attendance at mandatory training sessions and adherence to all health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver theme-oriented recreational programs for children
• Promote the Principles of Healthy Child Development




• Implement health and safety guidelines during activities
• Maintain accurate records of attendance and incidents
• Plan and lead special events throughout the summer
Requirements:
• Minimum age of 15 by May 10, 2027
• Current Intermediate First Aid/CPR certification
• Experience working with children aged 4-12
• MUST confirm full-time student status
• Willingness to attend all mandatory training sessions
