Sitting at the intersection of hands-on platform engineering, process evolution, and technical leadership, you will design the tooling and infrastructure that transforms AI-assisted development into a seamless, company-wide operating model. Reporting to the Director of Engineering, you will collaborate closely with Principal Architects, Staff Developers, Security, and product teams to remove friction, implement agentic automation, and build inclusive foundations that empower all of our teams to deliver high-quality software safely and sustainably.What You’ll Do Lead Dev X and SDLC technical direction across domains, enabling AI-DLC and agentic automationDesign and scale agentic systems that accelerate the full software development lifecycleMake AI a natural extension of engineering practice while keeping human judgment and security in the loopDrive reusable and extendable architecture for developer platforms using public cloud infrastructureWork collaboratively with Principal Architects to guide our organizational Dev X and AI-DLC strategyPartner with stakeholders to translate business needs into highly adoptable platform solutionsSolve cross-cutting challenges like dev environments, CI/CD supply chains, authentication,



and quality gatesTreat adoption as a primary outcome by diagnosing friction and influencing without authorityTurn promising tools and shared components into widely used organizational standardsEnsure Dev Sec Ops practices and cloud-native security are built securely into the delivery stackCreate and maintain clear technical documentation, enablement guides, and implementation processesPromote the adoption of industry-standard tools and shared platform capabilities across the organizationIdeate and implement thoughtful proof of concepts for platform, agentic, and product advancementProvide supportive mentorship to senior developers through practical examples and constructive feedbackActively participate in architectural reviews to ensure inclusive design, quality, and consistencyWhat You’ll Bring Proven hands-on experience in Developer Experience (Dev X), including building internal developer platforms (IDPs), golden-path templates, automated quality gates, and shared engineering component libraries8+ years of scalable software development experience with software design accountability2+ years in a technical leadership role driving org-wide platform capabilities or engineering productivityExpertise in scaling Developer Experience, SDLC tooling, or modern engineering productivity systemsHands-on background with AI-assisted development, agentic workflows, and LLM toolingDeep commitment to secure, ethical delivery practices and fostering an inclusive engineering cultureStrong grasp of core cloud infrastructure and how to scale technical solutions across multiple teamsDemonstrated ability to diagnose team friction, influence workflows, and thoughtfully drive tool adoptionSolid understanding of API-first design, loosely coupled systems, and modern software architectureProficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code, Dev Sec Ops practices, and modern CI/CD pipelinesExperience coding in Python and/or Java along with familiar frameworks like Fast API or Spring BootFamiliarity with cloud-native infrastructure on AWS or GCP,
