The successful candidate will be responsible for swapping and testing of factory areas within Kinisla Newmarket Laboratory which is CLAS accredited for both Micro and Chemical testing.What you'll be doingEnvironmental Swabbing of factory areasStaff swabbingRecord keeping on LIMS systemRoutine laboratory checks e.G. balances, Incubators, fridges etc.Familiarity will be obtained with the CLAS Accreditation systemMicrobiological and Chemical analysis of factory productsUse of a wide range of machines e.G., Quant NIR (Rapid Moisture, Fat and Salt), Delta Lactoscope (Fat, Protein, Lactose, Casein, TSolids), Fluorophos (Phosphatase In Milk), Cryoscope (Added Water In Milk), Neogen Soleris (Coliforms, Enterobacter, E.
