In this role, you’ll help keep our vehicle lot organized, presentable, and running smoothly. You will be responsible for the daily inspection, appearance, movement, and organization of new and pre-owned vehicles at the dealership. What You’ll Do

- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure showroom vehicles are cleaned daily and assist with showroom organization as required.
- Rotate showroom and display vehicles weekly or as needed.
- Inspect delivery vehicles to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Deliver and/or pick up documents from the License Bureau as required.
- Check in new vehicles arriving by transport and document any damage on the Bill of Lading.
- Report vehicle defects or damage to the Sales Manager immediately.
- Ensure adequate customer parking spaces are available.
- Maintain the general cleanliness and organization of the lot and showroom.
- Run errands for Reception and the Sales Department as required.

What You’ll Bring

- Previous automotive experience is considered an asset.
- Valid Ontario Driver’s Licence.
- Clean driver’s abstract and ability to drive a manual transmission are required.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
