Working on large-scale building and infrastructure projects – upwards of $1 billion – you will work closely with the project management team, various client groups and subtrades to ensure project excellence through your outstanding leadership, keen eye for detail and commitment to quality, and health and safety. The successful candidate must be able to obtain reliability-level security clearance.What you will do The BIM Coordinator will be responsible to produce and coordinate models and drawings that can contain 3 D and 2 D visualizations that bring together geometry and data based in the information provided by Design and Construction teams, in a multi-disciplinary and high demanding environment. They will be responsible for capturing existing conditions, Design coordination and Clash detection, Produce Construction Documentation (including CAD), Generating Estimates QTO, Modeling of Temporary Works, Modeling of Construction Site Logistics, Construction Sequence and analysis, Construction progress tracking, Field BIM, As-built documentationDevelopment of building and civil disciplines models based on 2 D/3 D design information and survey data, according to theproject BIM standards and providing the level of detail required for construction purposes.Creation,
