Pinecrest-Queensway Community Health Centre is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for the West Ottawa HART Hub to deliver integrated withdrawal management, addiction medicine support, episodic primary care and mental health assessment to clients aged 16 and older.Working within a trauma-informed, client-centred and harm-reduction framework, you will assess, diagnose, prescribe and coordinate care, with robust collaboration across interdisciplinary teams and community partners.
