You will be key in conducting orientations, inspections, and incident investigations, fostering a zero-harm culture. This role involves proactive hazard identification, safety training delivery, and supporting project teams in continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead site safety programs in civil construction • Conduct safety inspections and incident investigations • Monitor compliance with safety regulations and policies • Identify and mitigate hazards in office • Organize and deliver various safety training programs

Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of safety experience in heavy civil projects • NCSO designation or working towards it • Strong knowledge of Alberta OHS legislation • Proven skills in incident investigations and risk assessments • Excellent communication and leadership skills
