The role combines project/program management, stakeholder engagement, and business development to support distribution utility initiatives including grid modernization, asset renewal, reliability improvement, customer growth,



and infrastructure expansion programs.Your Role Program & Project Delivery Lead end-to-end delivery of utility capital projects and programs.Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and quality.Coordinate across engineering, operations, construction teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.Establish project governance, reporting structures, and performance tracking mechanisms.Support capital planning, forecasting, Construction Work in Progress (CWIP), and project prioritization activities.PMO, Reporting & Governance Implement PMO best practices, project controls, and governance frameworks.Develop executive dashboards, status reports, KPI scorecards, and presentations.Manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) logs, change requests, corrective actions, and lessons learned.Support portfolio management, resource planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.Client Engagement &
