The Surface Mining Supervisor will require a solid understanding of construction scheduling, cost control, QA/QC requirements, and excellent ability to supervise and direct groups in an efficient manner.To be successful in our dynamic environment you must have 5 years of field-experience and 3-4 years in a supervisory role. Your strong knowledge of construction site operations, including Occupational Health and Safety compliance, proven leadership and problem-solving capabilities, and ability to meet deadlines on-time and on-budget will be an asset.
