You will promote operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and effective risk management. Oversee a transparent procurement process from planning to supplier management, ensuring alignment with university policies and public sector standards.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
• Minimum five years of procurement experience
• Skilled designation in procurement management
• Proven leadership and contract management experience
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
