Infosys is seeking an Analog layout engineer to join our team in the Vancouver area. You will work with layout engineers and RF designers to create transistor‑level layouts of RF and analog blocks including bandgap, LDO, ADC/DAC, baseband filters, PLL, LNA and mixer.
You will also ensure layouts meet verification requirements. You will support verification flows (extraction, DRC, LVS, DFM) and drive layout quality in power/GND routing, electromigration, signal integrity and high‑frequency
