About the Role

Reporting to a Lead Producer, the role works closely with the production, design, art, and quality verification teams to create compelling features for The Grounds within EA SPORTS FC 27 and beyond.

The position sits on a production team developing content for millions of fans, while evaluating existing ideas and processes and developing recent ones.

The role involves building out feature briefs, design documents, and internal tools alongside other team members.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the day-to-day production and execution of one or more feature workstreams
- Partner with artists, discipline leads, designers, and external development partners to coordinate the delivery of high-quality features
- Maintain schedules, milestones, sprint plans, and production tracking for assigned workstreams
- Monitor risks, dependencies, and blockers, driving timely follow-up and escalating issues when needed
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to keep teams aligned throughout development
- Support milestone planning, testing, and release readiness
- Provide regular project status updates to the Producer and cross-functional partners
- Identify opportunities to improve production workflows and execution processes
- Build strong working relationships across internal teams and external development partners to support successful feature delivery





Required Experience & Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in production or project management within game development
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams through multiple stages of development
- Strong planning, organisation, and prioritisation skills
- Ability to proactively identify risks and keep work moving
- Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid development methodologies
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar production tools
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
