Once the rubber is at the desired temperature and texture, they deliver it to the calender for sheeting. They also compound material on the mill as required by router.Reason for Hire: New positionDuties and Responsibilities:Ensure the rubber is broken down to the proper temperature and texture for sheeting.Monitor the quality of the rubber as they are rolling itEnsure rubber is free of garbage, debris and impurities.Maintain a clean, safe working environmentMonitor bank on the Calender in order to deliver rubber in a timely mannerAssist Calender operator and back-end operator with any tasks as directedReplenish materials as neededWeigh rubber totes on scale and write tagsComplete all paperwork such as prestart audits, reports, etc...Ensure the requirements of ISO 9001 and Polycorp's QMS are conformed with.Skills, Education,
