This is a full-time, temporary role based in Alberta that allows hybrid or remote work. You will oversee our extensive assortment of over 300 SKUs, applying strategic market research and merchandising tactics. Your impact will be seen through enhanced customer adoption and long-term product growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and analyze over 300 SKUs for growth opportunities
• Design long-term strategies for core product assortment
• Research market trends and competitor analysis
• Deliver annual revenue and margin targets
• Partner with Planning and Marketing for promotional calendar
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA is a plus
• 5+ years in retail or CPG setting
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
• Proficient in MS Office; Power BI or Tableau knowledge preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
