Medcan is seeking a Director of Fitness to drive strategic growth and operational excellence across all locations in Canada. You’ll own the Fitness P&L; and partner with Product, Growth, Marketing, Digital, Clinical, and Operations leaders to deliver revenue, utilization, retention, and engaging programs. You will lead Fitness operations, develop creative programming, and manage capacity planning to provide an exceptional member experience and sustained business performance.
