Villa St. Gabriel Villa is a 128-bed long-term care home in Chelmsford seeking a Nurse Practitioner to plan, provide and supervise direct geriatric care for residents. You will support day-to-day medical services and ensure adherence to care plans and policies.

Responsibilities include CGA assessments, collaboration with leadership to implement best geriatrics practices, medical liaison with local hospitals, and oversight of prescribed controlled substances within the geriatric context.
