CDRCP is seeking a full-time Professional Learning Supervisor committed to enhancing children's educational experiences. Your role will involve planning and facilitating professional learning opportunities such as workshops, webinars, and community collaborations. This position requires strong leadership skills, strategic communication expertise, and the ability to foster partnerships for meaningful change.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead planning and facilitation of professional learning activities
• Collaborate with teams to advance CDRCP's Strategic Plan




• Support budget planning and expenditure monitoring
• Mentor staff on service excellence and operational protocols
• Conduct assessments of community learning needs
Requirements:
• Post secondary education in Early Childhood or Adult Education
• 3 years of supervisory experience in childcare
• Solid knowledge of pedagogical practices
• Valid G Driver’s License and safe driving record
• Acceptable Vulnerable Sector Criminal Reference Check
