Key Responsibilities: • Develop a comprehensive Trust & Safety strategy • Lead and mentor a high-performing team • Refine processes to enhance operational visibility • Use data analytics to assess risks and improve workflows • Collaborate with Legal, Product, and Engineering on safety policies
