Job Title: Marine Structural or Outfit or Piping Detail DesignerOn-site/ Remote/ Hybrid: OnsiteLocation: Halifax, NS Job Type: PermanentSalary: $62,000-$90,000 CADResponsibilities:Deliver design solutions in line with design intent, considering the needs of stakeholders such; ensure designs meet regulatory and approval standardCoach and guide early-career designers, ensuring technical development and progressManage and execute design tasks with a high level of technical responsibilityWork closely with the Senior Team Lead and other senior design team members to ensure alignment of design solutions and deliverablesPerform self-checks and peer reviews of engineering outputs, including Bill of Materials (BOM), ensuring compliance with the Detail Design Quality Management Process/SystemRequirements:Solid leadership and mentoring skills, with a proven ability to coach and develop early-career designersAbility to work with a high level of technical autonomy and responsibilityStrong quality assurance skills,
