You will oversee production targets, lead a shift team, manage attendance and discipline, and uphold safety and quality standards in a fast-paced setting.The role requires 3–5 years in manufacturing with supervisory experience, strong safety knowledge, and excellent data entry and communication skills. Weekend/holiday shifts are expected; forklift knowledge is aplus.
