You will assist residents with daily activities like bathing, grooming, and meal service while advocating for their choices and dignity. This role requires someone who is registered with CLHA, has excellent English skills, and showcases strong interpersonal abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Aid residents with personal hygiene and grooming tasks
• Assist with mobility transfers in a safe manner
• Provide meal service and help residents during meals
• Advocate for residents’ choices and preferences
• Support overall daily living activities for residents
Requirements:
• Registration with CLHA is mandatory
• Strong English reading, writing, and speaking skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities
• Commitment to person-centered care
• Vulnerable Sector Check required
