The City of New Westminster is seeking an Animal Care Attendant for its Animal Shelter. You will feed, handle and care for impounded animals, report injuries, administer medications, transport to vets, and maintain kennels and the dog yard.
Front counter service and some clerical tasks are involved. Flexibility is required as this on-call position has wide-ranging shifts; a Grade 12 education and experience with animals are preferred, plus the ability to lift heavy objects and pass a police record
