Key Responsibilities:
• Review, code, and process invoices promptly
• Prepare payment approvals in line with banking controls




• Maintain vendor onboarding documentation and banking info
• Respond professionally to vendor and stakeholder inquiries
• Support year-end close activities and audits
Requirements:
• Progress toward CPA designation
• Minimum of two years in relevant experience
• Familiarity with Yardi software preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office
• French language skills are an asset
