Key responsibilities include translating clinical requirements into Virtual Standardized Patient cases, ensuring data quality, and collaborating with various teams. You will play a critical role in developing measurable educational deliverables, conducting data analysis, and streamlining processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop VSP cases and assessment rubrics
• Coordinate implementation of VSP activities




• Generate research outputs and educational materials
• Maintain project datasets and documentation
• Support Ministry/SDF reporting and evaluations
Requirements:
• Undergraduate Degree in a related field
• Minimum 2 years experience in healthcare or education
• Advanced project management and communication skills
• Proficient in generative AI tools
