We're recruiting for an experienced HVAC sales professional to take ownership of a key territory covering Saskatchewan.This is a true outside sales/business development role for someone who enjoys being in the field, developing new relationships and winning business. You'll spend approximately 80% of your time in the market, working directly with HVAC contractors, builders and key industry decision-makers.What you'll be doing:Identify and develop new business opportunitiesBuild and grow relationships with HVAC contractors and buildersDevelop and execute territory sales strategiesManage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closeGrow existing accounts while expanding market shareRecruit and develop current authorized dealersRepresent the organization at HVAC industry events and associationsTrack pipeline, sales and territory performance using SalesforceWhat we're looking for:Proven outside sales or business development experienceStrong HVAC and/or construction industry knowledgeDemonstrated success winning new business and growing a territoryStrong relationships within the HVAC contractor market are a definite assetExcellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated and comfortable managing a large geographic territory
