Join The Hercules Group of Companies as a full time Shipper/Receiver at our Edmonton, AB branch. In this role, you will ensure productive coordination of inventory, customer orders, and shipping processes.
As a vital part of our warehouse team, you'll report to the Production Supervisor while managing daily tasks like prioritizing workflow, overseeing shipping and receiving, and conducting quality assurance checks. Previous warehouse and customer service experience are essential to succeed in this position. You will ensure accurate paperwork, organize shipments, and support front counter sales activities, all while fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prioritize daily workflow based on order due dates
• Oversee shipping and receiving activities efficiently




• Prepare and schedule outgoing shipments with transport partners
• Conduct quality assurance checks on all outgoing orders
• Support retail sales and maintain excellent customer service
Requirements:
• High school degree or equivalent preferred
• Previous warehouse experience required
• Ability to safely lift 50 lbs.
• Experience with shipping and receiving systems
• Forklift operation training is a plus
