We are seeking a Psychotherapist and a Psychologist to join our amazing team!You will provide recovery-oriented rehabilitation services in group or individual settings.Responsibilities:Provide psychological treatment for adults 18-65with with complex trauma,mental health using evidence-based modalitiesProvide prevention-oriented therapy-with goals in mind Implement and review treatment plans, developcoping strategies using CBT, CPT and other appropriate treatmentsCollaborate with additional treatment providers such as WSIB, Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely mannerQualifications:Previous experience in mental health counselling or other related fieldsFamiliarity with community mental health resourcesExcellent written and verbal communications skillsAbility to build rapport with clientsStrong leadership qualities
