piling and concrete design drawingsCreate detailed structural steel and concrete 3 D models using Autodesk Advance SteelAre highly motivated and able to manage time wisely in order to meet critical deadlinesRecognize the importance of adhering to strict procedures and drafting standards and meets Q/A and QC requirementsCan manage several projects at a time and mentor to junior staff and provide directionQUALIFICATIONS:Diploma from a recognized technical institutionPrevious experience as Project Lead DesignerMinimum 10 years experience in design of structural and concrete designExpert in design of Steel Structures, Piperacks, Steel Buildings, Modular Design and Steel PilesExpert in using Autodesk Advance Steel, Autodesk Navisworks and BluebeamExperience creating 3 D structural steel and concrete modelsExperience producing complex structural steel details, location plans, pile schedules and material takeoffs.Experience in steel fabrication and construction related issuesKnowledge of materials, products and construction proceduresAll applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada, be a resident, and residing in Calgary or be willing to relocate to Calgary, to be considered for the position.
