In the role of Sales Assistant, your primary mandate will be to play a key role in the successful delivery of production projects. Your main responsibilities will include providing administrative and operational support to Account Managers, including the coordination of administrative tasks related to projects. More precisely, you will have to: Assist the Account Manager with customer relationship management and communications; Participatein the quotation process by preparing the required documentation; Create projects in Prextra; Prepare daily reports and perform required follow-ups; Follow up on approvals of administrative documentation; Assist in identifying and resolving potential issues; Ensure accurate and productive administrative follow-up of ongoing projects in preparation for billing; Prepare project-related billing; Collaboratewith Financial Controllers in the follow-up of accounts receivable; Coordinate Canadian and U.S.



transportation management and planning; Perform anyother related duties.
