Requirements: • 5+ years of ServiceNow administration and development experience • Proven track record in a customer-facing consulting role • Expert in JavaScript, business rules, and APIs • Robust knowledge of ITSM modules and domain separation • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Developer required
