As the Production Support Manager, you will report to the Sr. Manager, Production. You’ll guide a team within a class 1B nuclear facility, setting priorities that align with business objectives while ensuring a secure operational environment. Key skills include leadership, union culture familiarity, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee daily production plan execution and team management • Coach team members on performance and professional development • Ensure compliance with production quality standards and safety regulations • Monitor safety practices and quality improvement initiatives • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for process optimization

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a Science discipline preferred • Six years of supervisory experience in production manufacturing • Strong leadership and change management skills • Knowledge of nuclear facility operations is a plus • Lean Sigma certification is an asset
