You will manage large-scale cloning operations, execute irrigation protocols, and support post-harvest activities. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform cannabis cloning, transplanting, and plant training techniques
• Maintain and train mother plants for optimal clone output
• Execute irrigation and fertigation protocols accurately
• Manage large-scale clone batches with precise timelines
• Support post-harvest activities including trimming and packaging
Requirements:
• Hands-on experience with cannabis cultivation and mother plants
• Understanding of fertigation systems and cannabis protocols
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
