S. entities as the business grows.This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth organization where the Controller will play a key role in strengthening financial operations, reporting, systems, and controls.The OpportunityWe are seeking a hands-on Controller to oversee accounting and financial reporting across a complex, multi-entity setting. Reporting to the Head of Finance, this individual will own the monthly close and reporting process, drive process improvements, support acquisitions and integrations, and provide leadership to a small accounting team.The ideal candidate is a CPA with significant experience in complex, multi-entity organizations and a strong understanding of consolidations, intercompany accounting, financial reporting, and IFRS/U. S. GAAP.Ideal ProfileCPA designation with 8+ years of progressive accounting experienceStrong experience working within complex, multi-entity environmentsExtensive experience with financial reporting, month-end close, consolidations, and intercompany accountingStrong knowledge of IFRS and U. S. high-growth environmentStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsHands-on approach with the ability to balance strategic initiatives with day-to-day accounting requirementsKey ResponsibilitiesOwn the monthly close and full-cycle accounting process across multiple entities, delivering accurate financials within 15 business daysManage multi-entity and multi-currency accounting, including consolidations, intercompany activity, reconciliations, and financial reportingPrepare and oversee financial reporting, variance analysis, and balance sheet reconciliationsEnsure appropriate application of IFRS and U. S.
