You'll spend your time between teaching lessons and supervising in water and on deck, supporting instructors, students, and families in collaboration with our Swim Management Team.You'll also have opportunities to support administration, equipment, and staff training, making this an excellent role for experienced instructors looking to grow their leadership skills.Deliver exceptional instructional and safety-focused swim programs in line with Pedalheads Swim standardsProvide friendly, professional customer service and confidently answer questions about our programsMentor and support swim instructors, offering constructive feedback and coachingMonitor lessons and ensure program quality, safety, and teaching standards are consistently metRemain on-deck, alert,
