The role

We’re looking for an AI Creative Strategist who lives at the intersection of prompt, concept, and performance. You’ll generate, test, and iterate ad creative — video, static, UGC-style, and voice — faster than any traditional studio, then double down on whatever the data says is working. You won’t wait for a brief; you’ll ship, measure, and remix in tight loops.





What you’ll do

- Concept and produce high-volume ad creative using AI image, video, and voice tools
- Write hooks, scripts, and angles built to stop the scroll and drive action
- Run structured creative tests across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and programmatic
- Read the numbers daily and kill, scale, or remix creative based on performance
- Help build the internal AI creative workflows and pipelines as we scale them

What we’re looking for

- A strong creative eye paired with a performance-marketing brain
- Hands-on experience with AI creative tools (image, video, voice, LLMs)
- Fluency in the language of hooks, angles, and direct response
- Comfort moving fast, shipping rough, and iterating in public
- Bonus: paid social or DTC / lead-gen creative experience

Compensation

Competitive base salary plus a performance bonus tied to creative that wins.
