The role

Based in Toronto (or remote anywhere in Canada ), you'll own our fashion product's go-to-market: from positioning and pipeline to community growth and paid conversion. This is a hands-on senior role. You'll build the marketing engine, run it, and report directly to the founder.

What you'll do

- Build and run the full-funnel marketing plan for our fashion product, covering independent designers, e-commerce brands, fashion houses, and agencies
- Run inbound: SEO, content, email nurture, webinars, and lead magnets that fill the pipeline
- Run outbound: targeted outreach, LinkedIn and email sequences, and partnerships with fashion schools, councils, and creators
- Set up and manage HubSpot (or equivalent): CRM, lead scoring, workflows, and reporting
- Own positioning, messaging, and launch plans for new product tiers and AI features
- Work with the content writer to turn editorial output into demand
- Track CAC, conversion, and funnel metrics, and report on what's working

What we're looking for

- 5+ years in B2B marketing, with 2+ years marketing a SaaS product




- Proven experience in both inbound and outbound marketing
- Hands-on with HubSpot (or Salesforce, Apollo, Lemlist, or similar) and analytics tools like GA4
- Track record of owning pipeline or sign-up targets, and showing the numbers
- Strong written communication and comfort making decisions without a big team behind you
- Ability to explain AI-powered products clearly to non-technical buyers

Nice to have

- Experience in the fashion, apparel, or creative industry, or at a fashion-tech startup
- Early-stage or 0-to-1 go-to-market experience
- Community-led growth or creator marketing experience
- Paid acquisition (LinkedIn, Meta, Google) experience
- Own marketing for a new product in a market with no transparent leader
- Work at the intersection of fashion and frontier AI
- Hybrid in Toronto, or fully remote anywhere in Canada or the US, in a culture built on curiosity and learning
