Join Our Team as a Hybrid Caretaker!We are seeking a dependable and skilled Hybrid Caretaker to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will provide a combination of caretaker and janitorial services, handyman duties, and building maintenance responsibilities, while responding promptly to client needs and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesSite Maintenance: Manage and supervise the site. Monitor and maintain the garbage and recycling rooms. Coordinate and supervise annual and seasonal building services and inspections.Access & Security: Handle fob and enterphone programming.Administrative Duties: Collect funds as directed, post notices, send emails, and submit caretaker reports.Property Manager Relations: Maintain consistent communication with the property manager to ensure the building is secure, well-maintained, and operating smoothly. Conduct chemical checks for the hot tub (training will be provided).Tenant Relations & Management: Respond promptly to tenant questions and requests. Report any concerning issues with tenants or residents to the property manager.Exterior Grounds: Pick up litter around the entire exterior areas of the building, including sidewalks, courtyards, and driveway ramps.Floor Care:
