In this senior role within the Engineering Services team, you will be a central mechanical engineering resource facilitating operations and executing capital projects at Canada’s largest oil refinery. Emphasize field engagement, project execution, and technical leadership to deliver engineering solutions that meet operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead engineering support for refinery operations and maintenance • Act as liaison between field teams and project management • Supervise and mentor the field engineering team • Conduct field assessments and troubleshoot equipment issues • Ensure compliance with engineering codes and standards
Requirements: • Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering with P.Eng. designation • 10+ years in mechanical engineering within heavy industry • Experience with pressure vessels and piping systems • Solid understanding of ASME and API standards • Familiarity with MOC processes and related tools
