Advantage Group International is seeking a Global Controller to lead the execution of its global accounting function. In this essential role, you will oversee financial close processes, compliance, and ensure the integrity of financial statements across various entities. With robust leadership qualities, you will guide the controllership team while enhancing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead month-end, quarter-end,



and year-end financial close processes • Ensure accurate general ledger maintenance and reconciliations • Oversee execution of external audits and compliance requirements • Manage treasury operations including cash positioning and FX • Drive continuous improvement in accounting processes and systems

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA required) • 8–10 years of accounting experience with controllership focus • Expertise in financial close and multi-entity accounting • Strong problem-solving and leadership skills • ERP experience in automated systems environments
