The terminal is located in Pointe-Claire, QC. The role involves managing the city and highway drivers, planning schedules, and maintaining service quality.RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTSDriver coordination: Schedule and manage drivers for the PM shift drivers, ensuring efficiency and well-being.Operations Oversight: Monitor Freight deliveries, address exceptions and update managementDispatch drivers based on cut-off times and delivery appointmentsKeep open communication with all departments as requiredResolve all service-related issues from order to final deliveryInform drivers of any special delivery requirements,
