We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual who wants to learn the production side of the graphics and signage industry and become exceptionally good at it.

Let's be clear about what this job actually involves.

This is NOT a graphic designer position.

This is a hands‑on production position where accuracy, organization, efficiency, and accountability matter every single day.

Some days you'll be printing exciting vehicle wraps and large commercial graphics.

Other days you'll be laminating, trimming, weeding vinyl, preparing installation materials, organizing jobs, and repeating the same processes for hours.

Sometimes a print doesn't turn out correctly. Sometimes material gets wasted. Sometimes a machine needs troubleshooting. And sometimes you'll have multiple jobs that all need to be completed on a deadline.

That's production.
