Assistant Manager – Richmond WarehouseLocation: Richmond, BC (On-Site)Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)Experience: Team LeadershipCompensation: $60,000–$65,000, depending on experienceBonus: Performance basedBenefits: Healthcare benefits though our provider Equitable LifeVacation: 3 weeks paid vacation annually As Assistant Manager of the Distribution Centre, you play a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations and leading larger operational initiatives. You will work closely with the DC Manager to maintain effective workflows, support the Distribution Centre team, and ensure inventory and order processes run smoothly.When the DC Manager is away, you will act as the primary point of contact for the Distribution Centre Team, including attending meetings with internal and external contacts, and making real-time business decisions for the Distribution Centre. This role also owns some operational areas of the business, including space management within the warehouse and the lifecycle of inventory through warehouse sales and recycling programs. Roles & Responsabilities:Operational Support- Support the DC Manager in overseeing daily Distribution Centre operations.- Help coordinate team priorities to ensure orders, returns, and inventory processes run efficiently and are within service level expectations.- Assist with problem-solving operational issues and maintaining smooth workflows.- Act as the manager-on-site when the DC Manager is away.Order Fulfillment & Inventory- Support the team in picking, packing, and preparing e-commerce orders according to brand standards as needed, based on volume.



- Monitor order accuracy and fulfillment timelines.- Assist with inventory organization and storage systems to ensure efficient product flow.- Participate in inventory counts and help investigate discrepancies.- Prepare for incoming local and international inventory from factory partners and space planning for new inventory; check quantities and quality against purchase orders.- Label and sort incoming products for storage or immediate allocation.Returns & Garment Processing- Oversee returns processing standards to ensure items are inspected, cleaned, and returned to inventory properly.- Coordinate with Customer Care when necessary to resolve return-related questions or issues.Space & Warehouse Management- Take ownership of warehouse space planning and layout optimization to maintain an organized and efficient environment.- Monitor storage capacity and identify opportunities to improve product flow and accessibility.Cross-Department Coordination- Coordinating with other departments to manage product recycling and waste reduction efforts through recycling programs and sales. - Act as a liaison between the Distribution Centre and other internal teams when operational collaboration is required.- Support the planning and operational execution of Park & Fifth warehouse salesProject & Team Support- Assist the DC Manager with operational projects and process improvements as they arise.- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency,
