This role focuses on providing in-lab and technical support in the ICT Systems & Networking department. You'll conduct skill demonstrations, manage lab setups, and maintain necessary inventories. Collaborating with faculty, you'll help students achieve their learning outcomes while staying up-to-date on technology trends in the cybersecurity field.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide in-lab support to students and faculty
• Plan and conduct skill demonstrations for hands-on learning
• Ensure all materials for lab assignments are prepared




• Research new technologies and recommend improvements
• Participate in curriculum meetings and program discussions
Requirements:
• Minimum 3-year diploma or degree in relevant fields
• At least three years of practical experience in technology
• Bilingualism in English and French preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills in a diverse environment
