The operator will perform assigned duties to ensure that completed work meets contract specifications, adheres to company policies and procedures, and complies with Alberta Occupational Health and Safety regulations.How You'll Add ValueUse the track loader to backfill trenches, level soil, load trucks, haul aggregates, and move rock/debrisOperate the track loader within an active site alongside other heavy equipment and ground personnel, maintaining awareness of surroundingsOperate a track loader and other heavy equipment safely and appropriatelyPerform pre-operational/safety checks and conduct routine cleaning and maintenance of the equipmentFollow supervisor instructions regarding the required work areaPossess a strong understanding of ground disturbanceOperate other heavy equipment and perform construction-related duties as requiredHave knowledge of underground utility construction materials, processes, and industry requirementsUnderstand computerized controls and electronicsActively contribute to Volker Stevin Contracting safety culture,
