Under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Worker is responsible for maintaining Kistapinan Prevention Center in Prince Albert to ensure the Prevention Center have a safe work workplace.SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABIILITY:The Maintenance Worker is responsible for:Performing preventative and predictive maintenance on the Prevention Center and vehiclesConducting routine, non-licensed inspections of the building including fire equipment and furnacesPerform routine maintenance and minor repairs to the building including carpentry and paintingMaintaining inventory control over equipment and suppliesMaintaining building maintenance logs and recordsPerforming other duties as required from time to timeQUALIFICATIONS:The ideal candidate should have the following minimum qualifications:(Either of the Following) Journeymen in Carpentry, Electrician, Plumbing or equivalentCombination of education and experience with a diploma and/or trade in Carpentry, with three years maintenance experience.Knowledge of building construction and maintenance proceduresKnowledge of plumbing,
